My grandfather started selling meat from a horse drawn wagon in our small Connecticut River valley town in 1912. Since that time our family has seen many meat companies come and go and we always wonder how we have managed to continue making our quality products for so long.

Personally, I believe the reason for our longevity is that we treat every customer as we would a neighbor. We want our customers to have the highest quality product at a fair price.
